for Authorizing the Establishment of the In its 56 years of ruling history, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has always suppressed freedom with autocracy and instated dictatorships to inhibit democracy. The regime has freely abused the law to persecute those who pursue truth and justice, calling on their corrupt subordinates to trample upon the innocent. The editorial series “Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party”, published by The Epoch Times, thoroughly exposes the crimes committed by the CCP regime against its own people. With that historical article – as well as close to two million people’s withdrawal from the CCP and its related organizations – it is clear that times are changing. This seemingly unchangeable trend must be stopped - the time has come to bring the CCP to justice! Therefore, we call on the people around the world to take a stand and authorize the establishment of the Special International Judiciary Committee to Bring the CCP to Justice. The responsibilities of the Committee include establishing and appointing judges to the International Special Tribunal to Bring the CCP to Justice, which will bring the CCP regime to a series of trials for its crimes. Those crimes include the maltreatment, persecution, enslavement, and slaughter of its own people. In addition, the CCP has stripped its people of freedom of belief or religion, and has even gone so far as to commit genocide of certain ethnicities and groups. They have tortured prisoners, plundered social assets, destroyed resources and the natural environment…and the list goes on. Since July 1999, the CCP has been waging state-sponsored terrorism, systematically persecuting 100 million Falun Gong practitioners in China on a genocidal scale. Although the persecution has been going on for nearly six long years, it only continues to escalate. Thus, in response to this urgent situation, we propose to establish a sub-committee to the aforementioned tribunal, the Special International Tribunal to Process the Cases of Persecution on Falun Gong by the CCP. Upon establishment of the tribunal, we will immediately conduct trials to address the crimes committed by Jiang Zemin and the CCP regime against Falun Gong practitioners. Later, similar tribunals will be established to address all other crimes committed by the CCP against various ethnicities in China! May 27, 2005
